Hi Everyone,
My name is Kerri. I live on the shore in CT. I am currently in the UCONN TCPCG program studying to teach special education. I am currently a dental hygienist, so this is a complete career change for me. It is quite an adventure. I am the youngest of five girls. I have six nieces and five nephews. I have a son who is three and a half. I also have a daughter who is 10 months old. I have a very big family, which I love! I have a wonderful husband whom I have been married to for almost 7 years. He is a high school spanish teacher. I do not have much experience with technology, although I love learning new things. I do not have an background in education, although I have a great deal of experience working with special needs individuals. My biggest hobby right now is running. I find it to be very relaxing and is the only time I have time to myself. I have always enjoyed exercising. I nervous, but I am really looking forward to this program and my new career. I wish everyone in the program the best of luck. We will all do great!
